I. APPLICABILITY
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) is an integral part of Terms and applies to purchases of Products available at https://shop.promova.com (the “website”) fulfilled by Unlimited Promova Limited (“we” “us” “our” or “Company”). This Policy is incorporated into, and subject to, the Terms. In the event of any conflict, the Terms will prevail. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms.

III. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
IV. SHIPPING METHODS, RATES, AND ESTIMATES
Methods and Rates. Available shipping options and real-time rates (if applicable) are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Delivery fees are paid by you; however, if your order total at checkout is more than 49.90 EUR, standard delivery within the EU is free.
Estimated delivery for the domestic shippings within the EU is 1–5 business days.
Estimates Are Not Guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
V. ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking (if available) when your order ships.
Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible. For high‑value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. If the carrier returns a parcel due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or repeated delivery attempts, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts we received for that order in accordance with the Terms, or reship at your request and expense.
Where permitted by law, any refund for a returned‑to‑sender parcel may be net of outbound shipping and carrier return fees actually incurred. If you request reshipment, you agree to pay re‑shipping charges and any carrier address‑correction or return fees. This applies even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.
VI. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Title to the Products will pass to you upon our receipt of full payment and delivery of the Products to you (or to a person you designate).
EU consumers. Risk of loss of, or damage to, the Products will pass to you when you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the Products. If you arrange your own carrier (not offered or arranged by us), risk will pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to your carrier.
Other consumers. If you are located in other countries than the EU, risk of loss of, or damage to, the Products will pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to your carrier.
VII. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if not collected at checkout, are your responsibility.
Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
VIII. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS; LOST PARCELS
Inspect your order upon delivery. If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a remedy consistent with applicable law and our Terms (e.g., replacement, refund, or repair).
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier/post office and allow 48 hours. Then contact us for assistance. We will assist with a carrier investigation and determine next steps consistent with applicable law and our Terms.
If the carrier confirms loss, or if the parcel remains undelivered after a reasonable investigation period (for example, 10 business days for domestic EU shipments), we will provide a replacement or refund. We may request your reasonable cooperation, including a signed statement of non‑receipt.
IX. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We ship only within the EU. If we cannot ship to your address, we will cancel and refund your order.
X. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We start processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after the order enters fulfillment.
